How is shipping calculated?

For UK customers there is a fixed charge for shipping dependant on which option you choose. This charge is not affected by the number or value of the items purchased.

UK Next Day Recorded Delivery - £6.00

UK Next Day Recorded Before 12:00am - £10.00

UK Guarenteed Saturday Delivery - £12.00

UK Next Day Recorded Before 10:00am - £15.00

 Even better, you'll now receive an email on the morning of your delivery with a one hour delivery window, so no more waiting in all day for your parcel.

Overseas Orders

The cost of shipping is based upon the weight of the items you order. All overseas orders under 2kg are sent by Royal Mail International Signed For Delivery. All orders above 2kg will be delivered by Parcel Force Courier.

USA & Canada
0 – 500 grams: £12.50
Over 500 grams: £30.00

Far East & Australia

All overseas orders benefit from free standard delivery on all orders over £100.

UK - Dependent on the service you have selected, you will receive your order the next working day with Next Day Delivery and the following Saturday, if Saturday Delivery is chosen. For Standard Delivery you will receive your order within 1 – 3 Business days. Please note all orders must be signed for at the delivery address.

All UK orders are usually shipped by HDNL Courier service (Delivery between 9am and 7pm).

Next Day orders placed before 12:00 will be shipped that day (Monday to Friday only). Overseas - Dependent on your local Postal Service and Customs Office, most orders usually arrive within 3 – 10 Business days. Please note all orders must be signed for at the delivery address. We aim to despatch all orders the next working day however this may vary at busy times of the year (Christmas and Holidays).

I have received an email telling me an item I would like is Back In-Stock but on the website it is Out of Stock - why?

This means that we have added stock but it has sold out again before you have been able to get onto the website. Sometimes we only have a very limited stock and a large number of customers waiting for the item to come back into stock.

How do I track my item?

You will receive a tracking number along with your despatch notification email, including details of the relevant delivery company website you will need to refer to.

How long will my refund take to show in my account?

Refunds should show up on your account in approximately 3 - 5 Business days following the receipt of your return. If the refund has not shown in your Account after this period then we recommend you contact your bank to see if the transaction is "Pending". If you are still experiencing a problem after this then you should contact customerservices@hervia.com.

How do I use a Credit Note/Gift Voucher?

If you have a Credit Note or Gift Voucher please email customerservices@hervia.com with the details of the item you would like to purchase. We will then hold this item as long as you post the credit note back to us in a reasonable time and process your order as soon as it is received.

Can I reserve an item?

Unfortunately we cannot reserve stock.
