Delivery & Returns

For UK customers  there is a fixed charge for shipping dependant on which option you choose. This charge is not affected by the number or value of the items purchased.

UK Next Day Delivery - £6.00

UK Next Day (before 12:00pm) - £10.00
UK Next Day (before 10:00am) - £15.00
UK Guaranteed Saturday Delivery - £12.00

Even better, you'll now receive an email on the morning of your delivery with a one hour delivery window, so no more waiting in all day for your parcel. All UK orders are usually shipped by DPD Courier service.

Overseas Orders

For international customers the cost of shipping is based upon the weight of the items you order. All overseas orders under 2kg are sent by Royal Mail International Signed For Delivery. All orders above 2kg will be delivered by DPD Courier service.

Far East & Australia

How long will it take for my item to be delivered after it has been despatched?

UK - Dependent on the service you have selected, you will receive your order the next working day with Next Day Delivery and the following Saturday, if Saturday Delivery is chosen. For Standard Delivery you will receive your order within 1 – 3 Business days. Please note all orders must be signed for at the delivery address.

All UK orders are usually shipped by DPD Courier service (Delivery between 9am and 7pm).

Next Day orders placed before 12:00 will be shipped that day (Monday to Friday only). Overseas - Dependent on your local Postal Service and Customs Office, most orders usually arrive within 3 – 10 Business days. Please note all orders must be signed for at the delivery address. We aim to despatch all orders the next working day however this may vary at busy times of the year (Christmas and Holidays).

Returns

If you would like to return an item for a refund or exchange please do so within 14 days of receipt.

Please ensure the item(s) are returned in new, unworn condition with all packaging and garment tags still attached. We are unable to accept any used items; such items will be returned to the purchaser.

In order to make your return, please complete the returns slip provided with your order invoice and enclose this securely in your return package.

Items must be returned via a recorded courier service. Herviabazaar.com can take no responsibility for returned items until signed for by Hervia Limited.

Once your return has been received it will be processed within 7days.

All returned items will be credited to the account from which the original purchase was made. We are unable to refund any shipping charges incurred.

If you are exchanging an item we will contact you to confirm the re-despatch charge.

Please note failure to complete the returns slip provided will result in the delay of your refund/exchange.

We are unable accept returns on earrings, swimwear, perfume or underwear due to hygiene reasons. This does not effect your statutory rights.

If you are a Non-EU resident you may return any unwanted products within 7 days of receipt providing it is in its original condition and packaging. You may return your goods for exchange or receive funds to your E-Wallet account. The E-Wallet will credit the amount owed and remain in your Hervia account until you wish to place a new order. You can access your E-Wallet in the ‘My Account’ section of the website.

You would then need to post the item too us enclosing the item you are returning, original invoice and a short covering letter explaining the reason for return and the preferred outcome with your contact details. You would need to post this in a reasonable time (1 Weeks Maximum). Please ensure you send it via a traceable service for your own reassurance and security.

If you are exchanging an item we will contact you to confirm the re-despatch charge and any outstanding difference there may be for you to confirm this amount.

Once this has been received it can take 7 days to process your return, within those 7 days you should receive a notification e-mail to update you about your return. If you have any further questions please e-mail customerservices@hervia.com
