UK Delivery

For UK customers there is a fixed charge for shipping dependant on which option you choose. This charge is not affected by the number or value of the items purchased.

UK Standard Shipping - £6
UK Next Day Delivery - £8
UK Guaranteed Saturday Delivery - £12
All UK orders are usually shipped by HDNL Courier service.

Overseas Orders

The cost of shipping is based upon the weight of the items you order. All overseas orders under 2kg are sent by Royal Mail International Signed For Delivery. All orders above 2kg will be delivered by Parcel Force Courier.

European Union
0 – 500 grams: £12.50
Over 500 grams: £25.00

USA & Canada
0 – 500 grams: £12.50
Over 500 grams: £30.00

Far East & Australia
0 – 500 grams: £12.50
Over 500 grams to 2kg: £30.00
Over 2kg: £50

Rest of the World
0 – 500 grams: £12.50
Over 500 grams to 2kg: £30.00
Over 2kg: £60

How long will it take for my item to be delivered after it has been despatched?

UK - Dependent on the service you have selected, you will receive your order the next working day with Next Day Delivery and the following Saturday, if Saturday Delivery is chosen. For Standard Delivery you will receive your order within 1 – 3 Business days. Please note all orders must be signed for at the delivery address.

All UK orders are usually shipped by HDNL Courier service (Delivery between 9am and 7pm).

Next Day orders placed before 12:00 will be shipped that day (Monday to Friday only). Overseas - Dependent on your local Postal Service and Customs Office, most orders usually arrive within 3 – 10 Business days. Please note all orders must be signed for at the delivery address. We aim to despatch all orders the next working day however this may vary at busy times of the year (Christmas and Holidays).

I would like to exchange my item - how do I do this?

If you wish to return an item you may do so as long as it is in its original condition and you notify us within seven days of receiving your goods.

You can do this by logging on to “My Account”, selecting the order and choosing the Return option next to the product(s) you wish to send back. You should then follow the on-screen instructions and return your package clearly stating the order number within.

You will be able to select how you wish to proceed with the order at this stage. You can let us know what you would like to exchange your item for (please check availability on the website). A redespatch charge (UK £6; Overseas £12) is payable for exchanges - this must be paid by Credit or Debit Card at this stage.

Should we require any further information we will contact you upon receipt of your return.
